Is is essential to us that your corals are delivered in a healthy and reliable manner. All of our corals are sent out in poly bags or rigid plastic pots to help protect the coral from damage in transit. The corals are fixed in place inside the containers so that they cannot move around and become damaged. The corals are then heat packed and shock protected and sent out via overnight courier.
When you place an order for corals we will contact you within 24 hours (week days) to organise a convenient delivery date. Delivery dates are Tuesday to Saturday and for the majority of areas of the UK delivery will be pre 5pm. (Saturday delivery surcharge £10.95 extra per 1-4 frags or £24.00 surcharge for five or more frags or colonies). For the majority of the UK we use a pre 12:00 service. Please note that offshore areas such as Belfast and Isle of Wight and some areas of Scotland may incur a surcharge for coral deliveries.
When you have received an email from us with a proposed delivery date (this delivery date will usually be within 1-3 days of placing your order) please reply to confirm that the proposed delivery date is convenient for yourself. Corals will not be sent out until we have had a confirmation from yourself that the proposed date is acceptable to you.
If you have a particular day that you would like delivery on then please feel free to email or call us after you have placed your order to request a certain day. Please do this at least 24 hours prior to the time that the corals would need to be sent out (corals are packaged up at 2pm the day before delivery). We will confirm for you that your corals can be delivered on the requested day.
We believe we have the best packagaing and shipping method for corals in the UK as well as the cheapest. If for any reason your corals do not arrive in a healthy condition then we will send you replacements or offer a refund. If there is a problem with the corals on delivery then you must take a picture of the corals in the shipping pots before you place them in your aquarium. No claims can be accepted if orders are not met on the agreed day or pictures of the corals are not emailed to us on the day of delivery. If a refund or replacement is being sent we may request that you return the problem items in their original packaging.
